As part of our Lettings service, we include the following

• Free call out consultation to inspect the property followed by a detailed proposal to the landlord outlining services and fee structure

• Photograph the interior and exterior of the property

• Film a full walkthrough video of the property

• Advertise the property online and across social media platforms

• Contact any potential tenants on our database

• Undergo a detailed vetting process on any new potential tenants

• DRT Estates will collect the deposit and first months rent in advance on the landlords behalf

• Preparation of the lease agreement along with a detailed inventory list (Lease agreement sent via digital signature)

• Ensure a successful move in and notify the tenants of relevant broadband, utility and waste disposable services

• Gather all relevant information required for RTB registration 

• Issue the landlord with a completed letting file for their own records
